　　The 5th Meeting of the Standing Committee of the 9th National People's Congress hereby decides: The national law entitled Law of the People's Republic of China on the Exclusive Economic Zone and the Continental Shelf shall be added to Appendix III to the Basic Law of the Hongkong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.
