转播权持有者广播组织（rightsholdingbroadcastorganizationsrhb）（organisationsdediffusiondétentricesdedroits）

　　这是一个经国际奥委会授权，在特定的“rhbs”区域内拥有对奥运会进行电视/无线电转播专属权的组织，也可以称为转播权持有者。

　　奥运会广播电视的出色转播是确保举办一届成功奥运的前提和基础。为全球观众提供高水平的奥运会广播电视转播节目，为转播权持有者提供优质的服务是北京2008奥组委和我们广播电视界的重要工作之一。北京2008年奥运会现场观众将达七百万，全球将有超过40亿的观众通过广播电视收听收看比赛及相关活动。其中有20亿人将会通过网络收听收看比赛……为观众做好服务对举办一届高水平的奥运会提升主办国的良好形象至关重要，因此观众收视服务项目一直被国际奥林匹克界称为“奥运会的形象工程”之一。及时传达国际奥委会新的思路，为北京奥运会人才培养做出积极回应。
